Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for formulating buy and product management strategies of the assigned brand(s), working closely with the Brand(s) and internal teams to maximize sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective buying strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends
• Trend hunting: expectation of actively observing the market and competitor moves to introduce "first-to-market" products.
• Curate and manage a diverse product assortment that meets customer demands and aligns with brand positioning
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and market demand to make data-driven buying decisions
• Optimize inventory allocation and replenishment strategies to maximize sales

Requirements

• University graduate in related disciplines
• 5-8 years’ experience in buying / category management / business development gained from fashion / footwear / accessories
• Strong business sense with analytical mind
• Pro-active, result-oriented, good communication skill and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Excel
