Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
• Request quotations and compare prices.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs).
• Monitor inventory levels and purchasing requirements.
• Ensure purchased products meet company quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries and delays.
• Maintain purchasing records, invoices, and supplier documents.
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Monitor market prices and look for cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related course (depending on company requirements).
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management is an advantage.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and purchasing systems.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Honest, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
