What they need
- Review material requirements and support purchase planning based on production needs.
- Issue RFQs to suppliers and follow up for quotation submission.
- Compare supplier quotations based on price, lead time, payment terms, and delivery support.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders based on approved requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers on order confirmation, delivery schedule, and shipment status.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Manufacturing, and Warehouse on material availability and shortage updates.
- Update and maintain basic purchasing and planning records such as quotation status, PO status, delivery schedule, and material follow-up list.
- Support urgent material follow-up to minimize production delay.
- Perform other purchasing and supply chain duties assigned by the superior.
