About Dutees

Dutees is looking for a Buyer Support Executive to join our Tirupur office. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, confident in communication, comfortable handling calls and messages, and capable of coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

This is an office-based role involving regular interaction with customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding products, orders, availability, delivery, and other queries.
• Follow up with customers on enquiries, orders, pending information, and service requests.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Dispatch, Accounts, and other internal teams to resolve customer requirements.
• Ensure customer complaints and issues are properly recorded and followed up until resolution.
• Educate customers on the company's process for raising support tickets when required.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
• Update CRM and other internal systems accurately.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Hindi communication will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of computers, email, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
• Patient, polite, and professional while handling customers.
