Responsibilities

• Implement the team’s lead-generation strategies on a consistent weekly basis
• Host at least two open houses each month
• Turn prospecting efforts and incoming leads into qualified buyer appointments
• Engage in team activities and uphold established team standards
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Guide buyers through the purchasing process, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties
• Prepare and negotiate purchase offers while maintaining accurate client and activity records in the team’s technology systems
