Buying Assistant

Job Duties:

• Responsible for sourcing and procurement
• Assist to source for suppliers of branded  Beauty Care, Cosmetics, Baby Care and Personal Care (FCMG Industry)
• General purchase reports constantly
• Evaluate stock level and demand
• Follow up wholesale orders
• Assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Form 6 or Diploma in Purchasing / Supply Management
• Min. 1 -2 years solid experience preferably
• Self-motivated, presentable, responsible and able to work independently
• Good in communication, coordination and interpersonal skill
• Good in Chinese Word processing
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel and Word is highly preferred
• Good command of Cantonese
• Immediate availability is preferred
