Buying Assistant

Responsibilities:

·         Work with suppliers to select appropriate product ranges and maintain strong relationships with suppliers

·         Negotiations for trading terms and marketing support with suppliers for optimizing offerings, brand collaborations, and optimal gross profit margins

·         Monitoring brands sales, shop sales, product sell-through, margin, and inventory level

·         Conduct regular competitor and market analysis within the sportswear landscape

·         Have strong understanding of sportswear and running brands/products

·         Lead his/her team to achieve company objectives/sales targets and aligned market trends

·         Work with teammates to ensure appropriate stock levels across stores, including Stock take

·         Lead the Open-to-Buy process in collaboration with teammates for ordering

·         Work closely with retail Operations/VM/Marketing team to ensure product execution aligns with buying intentions

·         Involve in outdoor duty and assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

·          3-year experience

·          Responsible, good numerical sense, analytical mind, and good communication skills

·          Proficiency in Excel and word processing

·         Experienced in retail industry is preferred

·          Immediate availability is preferred
