Buying Assistant

Responsibilities:

• To assist buying team in execute buying activities, stock planning and allocation, and merchandise delivery and reordering situations to meet company business objectives
• To prepare merchandising reports for buying team
• To communicate and work regularly with vendors, warehouse and logistics to ensure the smooth flow of merchandise delivery
• To work with marketing and retail teams in regard to speedy response to market dynamics and promotions

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• 1 year relevant experience, preferably in the fashion / lifestyle / retail industry (Fresh graduates will be considered)
• Detail-minded, well-organized, independent and able to handle multi-tasks
• Proactive, sensitive to figures and strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong in Microsoft Excel, attention to detail with high level of accuracy
• Immediate availability preferred
