Buying executive for e commerce

• Source and procure products from manufacturers, wholesalers, and suppliers.
• Identify new products based on market trends, customer demand, and competitor analysis.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Maintain healthy relationships with existing suppliers and onboard new vendors.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
• Coordinate with warehouse, catalog, and operations teams for product availability.
• Analyze sales performance, inventory turnover, and buying trends to optimize procurement decisions.
• Ensure product quality, compliance, and accurate documentation from vendors.
• Track order status, shipment schedules, and vendor performance.
• Resolve supplier-related issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
• Prepare buying reports, cost analysis, and procurement MIS using Excel.
• Support pricing strategies to achieve target margins and profitability.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
