Buying Intern

• Collect, organize, maintain, and input data into internal databases and files.
• Assist the Assistant Buyer in conducting regular product-category performance analyses.
• Prepare weekly and quarterly sales reports.
• Prepare sales performance reports for top-selling and slow-moving products.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking by monitoring competitors’ pricing, promotions, and product trends.
• Support data preparation for the budget planning process.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, and basic data processing.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of comfort working with numbers and data.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive approach.
• Strong interest in retail market trends and product developments.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Preferably a candidate who has completed their education and is available to work full-time.
