About the Role:

The BVT Analyst plays a critical role in supporting business operations by analyzing and interpreting data to drive informed decision-making within the Business Services sector. This position focuses on evaluating business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending actionable improvements to enhance overall performance. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis or business analysis within a business services environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL or other database querying languages.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis software such as R or Python.
• Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Previous experience working in a multi-departmental or matrixed organizational structure.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Data Analytics.
