C application development engineer

Title : SW Engineer

Location- Mineral Wells, TX Onsite

Required:

• Experience in C application development, integration, and Troubleshooting/debugging of large-scale projects.

• Experience in communication protocols TCP/IP, ARINC 429, RS-232, RS-422, UART, and SPI.

• Experience in generating the make file and usage of compilers.

• C coding standards (PC-Lint or similar)

• Knowledge of Avionics/ Flight Instrumentation and DO-178B/C Software development lifecycle.

Optional:

• RTOS

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (Minimum).

• Minimum experience of 4 years

Title: V&V Engineer

Location- Miner Wells, TX

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Minimum).
• More than 5 years of experience in Avionics System and Software Verification & Validation (V&V).

Job Description:

• Extensive experience in Hardware-Software Integration Testing (HSIT), using test benches and simulators.
• Strong programming knowledge in C with excellent debugging skills.
• Strong knowledge of Flight Instrumentation systems.
• Proven ability to analyze system and software requirements to create comprehensive test strategies.
• Expertise in developing, reviewing, and executing system/software test cases and procedures.
• Experience in data transfer protocols such as ARINC 429, CAN, RS-232, RS-422, UART, and SPI.
• Hands-on experience with DO-178B/C standards and Software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience using verification tools such as RTRT.
• Skilled in testing of TSO/MOPs requirements and create test plan and test results.
• Understanding the system requirements and technical challenges and provides the resolution.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and Problem Report (PR) management processes.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $30/hour

Pay Range Maximum: $48/hour

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
