该职位来源于猎聘 What we want? 我们想要这样的你： For our dSPACE company in China, we are looking for a Software Developer at our head office in Shanghai. In this role, you will develop host software components to support local products for the Chinese market by extending our existing toolchain, starting from the concept/SW-architecture phase up to deployment and maintenance. In close collaboration with the embedded software developers and the engineering team, you derive the requirements and develop the software components according to the given targets.

• Concept and software architecture for host software components. 上位机软件模块的概念与软件架构设计。
• Development, testing and deployment of software. 软件开发、测试与部署。
• Optimization of software development process. 软件开发流程优化。
• Requirement engineering and documentation. 需求工程与文档编写。
• Close cooperation with the embedded software development team and engineering team.

与嵌入式开发团队及工程团队的紧密合作。 Requirements: 岗位要求：

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical/scientific discipline, or an equivalent software-oriented qualification. 计算机科学、工程或其他技术/科学学科的本科及以上学历，或具备同等软件相关资质。
• More than 5 years working experience in software development. 在软件开发领域有5年以上相关工作经验。
• Excellent knowledge of the C++ programming language. 精通C++编程语言。
• Knowledge and experience of the C# programming language. 熟悉C#开发语言和有开发经验。
• Knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g. Python) 掌握至少一门脚本语言，例如Python。
• Solid understanding of object-oriented concepts, algorithms and data structures. 深入理解面向对象开发，以及对算法，数据结构有一定的掌握。
• Experience with the Windows, Linux operating system and the Git version control tool is an advantage. 有Windows、Linux操作系统及Git版本控制工具的使用经验者优先。
• Very good comprehension skills for complex contexts. 对复杂语境有非常好的理解能力。
• A high degree of teamwork and a systematic way of working. 具备高度的团队合作精神和系统化的工作方式。
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and a high degree of independence. 沟通能力强，以客户为导向，具备高度的独立性。
• Good knowledge of English. 优秀的英语能力。
