Job Description

We are seeking C++ developers with strong hands-on C++17 experience and a background in developing, maintaining, and debugging production software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-quality C++ software.
• Participate in system design discussions involving services, APIs, communication, and system state.
• Develop readable, maintainable code and handle edge cases.
• Troubleshoot complex software issues using logs and diagnostic information.
• Explain technical decisions, assumptions, and trade-offs.
• Adapt solutions as requirements and constraints evolve.

Required Qualifications

• Strong practical experience with C++17.
• Experience designing, developing, or debugging non-trivial production software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Understanding of system design, interfaces, state management, and failure handling.
• Clear spoken English and ability to explain technical reasoning.
• Comfortable participating in live coding and technical discussions.

Interview Process

1. System design discussion – approximately 60 minutes.
2. Practical C++17 coding session.
3. Additional hands-on troubleshooting/problem-solving session.
