About the Role

We are looking for motivated and passionate C++ Developers to join our growing team and work on an offshore project supporting teams in the UK and Poland.

This opportunity is open to fresh graduates with a degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as junior to mid-level developers with solid programming fundamentals. If you are eager to learn, solve technical challenges, and strengthen your software development skills, we encourage you to apply.

Work Arrangement: Full-time, onsite
Project: Offshore UK/Poland

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in software development activities, including design, coding, testing, and documentation.
• Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to develop maintainable and scalable applications.
• Collaborate with senior developers and project teams to deliver quality software solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and help improve existing systems.
• Participate in technical training and continuous learning activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support project requirements and development goals.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge or practical experience in C, C++, and/or C# through academic projects, internships, or professional experience.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work onsite in Iloilo City.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with databases such as SQL or Oracle.
• Basic knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant junior to mid-level experience are welcome to apply.
