C++ Developer – Market Data Platform

We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer with strong hands-on experience in C/C++, Unix/Linux, multithreading, memory management and performance optimization to work on a Market Data Platform.

The ideal candidate should have experience developing high-performance / low-latency systems and be comfortable troubleshooting and optimizing complex native applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain C/C++ components for the Market Data Platform.
• Develop new features and enhancements as part of the product roadmap.
• Optimize applications for:
• CPU utilization
• Memory efficiency
• Latency
• Throughput
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using profiling and debugging tools.
• Perform code optimization and refactoring while maintaining existing functionality.
• Troubleshoot complex native-code issues and production problems.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design and architecture discussions.
• Work closely with QA, support and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 6–7 years of hands-on C/C++ development experience
• Strong knowledge of C and C++
• Strong understanding of:
• Data Structures & Algorithms
• Object-Oriented Design
• Memory Management
• Multithreading & Concurrency
• Experience with high-performance or low-latency systems
• Strong experience in performance tuning and code optimization
• Experience with CPU and memory profiling
• Hands-on experience debugging complex native applications
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
• Experience with Linux system internals and shell scripting
• Familiarity with Make/CMake
• Experience with Git/version control
• Knowledge of logs, diagnostics and troubleshooting in large-scale systems
• Working knowledge of SQL

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Sybase / RDBMS
• Core Java / JNI
• Python
• Experience with trading systems, Market Data, OMS or exchange connectivity
• Knowledge of real-time/event-driven architectures
• Experience in financial services or other high-availability environments

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in low-latency C++ development, market data systems, trading platforms, real-time systems or performance-critical applications will be preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹16.5 LPA

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,650,000.00 per year
