C++ Development Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the design and development of the backend system of the core trading system.

2.Responsible for system maintenance, upgrades, and optimizations, overcoming various technical challenges related to high concurrency, stability, and low latency.

3.Possess strong business acumen, participate in business design, propose feasible and constructive solutions, and be able to independently write relevant technical documentation.

4.Participate in the research and practice of cutting-edge technologies, and promote and plan the future technical architecture direction of the platform.

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field.

2.Solid C++ foundation, familiar with open-source libraries such as Folly and Boost; experience in studying the source code of excellent open-source components is preferred.

3.Proficient in NoSQL caching, message queues, and search engines such as Redis, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.

4.Skilled in system analysis and design, code refactoring, and have experience in designing basic and application architectures for large-scale projects.

5.Familiar with the design and application of high-traffic, high-concurrency, and high-performance distributed systems; experience in performance tuning is preferred.

6.Full-stack technical expert/experience in building trading systems/experience in building in-memory systems is a plus.
