Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on C++ Developer with strong expertise in modern C++, low-latency programming, multithreading, and high-performance systems engineering. The ideal candidate should have excellent coding skills along with experience mentoring developers and maintaining high code-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance applications using Modern C++ (C++17/20).
• Build low-latency systems using multithreading, atomic operations, shared memory, and lock-free data structures.
• Optimize memory management, CPU utilization, and application performance.
• Work with Data Structures, Algorithms, STL, pointers, templates, and concurrency mechanisms.
• Develop and optimize MySQL queries, indexing, and transactional logs.
• Work with financial exchange protocols such as FIX, ITCH, OUCH, or SBE.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and coordinate sprint execution.
• Use performance profiling tools such as Linux perf, Valgrind, gprof, or Google Benchmark.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in C++ and STL.
• Excellent understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Expertise in multithreading, concurrency, and low-latency programming.
• Knowledge of memory management, pointers, RAII, and template metaprogramming.
• Experience with Linux-based systems and performance optimization.
• Working knowledge of MySQL and database optimization.
• Financial markets, trading systems, or fintech domain experience is an advantage.
