Role: C++ Software Developer

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Own the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of software features and services from concept through production.
• C++ Development: Work primarily with C++ to design and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions. Candidates should also be comfortable learning and working with C#/.NET as required.
• Cloud Development: Design and develop cloud-based solutions using AWS or Microsoft Azure . Candidates should have hands-on experience working with a major cloud platform.
• Containerization: Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and related deployment practices is a strong plus.
• Quality Ownership: Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, reliability, and maintainability through effective coding practices, code reviews, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to define, develop, and deliver solutions that meet both technical and business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the codebase, infrastructure, development processes, and engineering practices. Proactively implement solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and overall code quality.
• System Reliability: Monitor application and service health, troubleshoot production issues, and drive timely resolution of defects and performance problems.
• Technical Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices, and contribute ideas that help build modern, scalable, and maintainable systems.

Key Technical Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with C++ development
• Willingness to learn and work with C#/.NET
• Experience with AWS or Azure
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering best practices
• Experience with automated testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Strong understanding of software design, maintainability, and code quality
• Experience with containerization/Docker is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Ownership mindset with a focus on delivering reliable, production-ready software
