C++ Software Engineer

Location: Uptown 2, BGC
Work Setup: Hybrid – 2x onsite per week
Shift: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced C++ Software Engineer to join our technology team and work on software development, automation, cloud solutions, and data visualization.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in C++ development, along with exposure to Python automation, SQL, Linux administration, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will contribute to building software automation services, cloud-based solutions, and dashboards that support business and technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions using C++.
• Build and enhance software automation services using Python.
• Develop and support cloud-based solutions within GCP environments.
• Perform development and troubleshooting activities in Linux environments.
• Build and maintain dashboards using SQL and C++.
• Translate technical and business requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development, automation, and cloud processes.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering and/or software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with C++ programming.
• Experience developing software automation services using Python.
• Experience building dashboards or data-driven applications using SQL and C++.
• Experience with GCP / cloud development.
• Working knowledge of Linux administration and development environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional GCP services and cloud-native development.
• Experience with automation frameworks and scripting.
• Experience working with databases and data visualization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and software development best practices.
• Experience working in enterprise technology environments.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
