Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate store employees
• Support scheduling, training completion, and staff development
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve concerns professionally
• Monitor cash handling, inventory, shrink, and controllable expenses
• Implement promotions, merchandising standards, and vendor policies
• Ensure store cleanliness, food safety, and operational compliance
• Complete daily paperwork and reporting accurately and on time
