Contact center AWS Connect, python, Lambda, Terraform

• Expertise in Amazon Connect and its features, including IVR flows, voice/chat integrations, and real-time analytics.

• Proficient in AWS services, such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex, CloudWatch, and IAM.

• Experience with Terraform for IaC and GitHub for version control and CI/CD pipelines

• Proficiency in Python, including experience with AWS SDK (boto3) and REST API development.
