We’re looking for experienced IT Recruiters with strong expertise in Contract Staffing to support our Technology Services, Product, and GCC portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and deliver quality candidates for niche technology requirements within defined timelines.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

- Leverage industry knowledge across Technology Services, Product, and GCC ecosystems to drive effective hiring.

- Manage the recruitment lifecycle with a strong focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.

Ideal Candidate

- 3–7 years of experience in IT Recruitment, preferably with a strong focus on Contract Staffing/C2H.

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

- Proven experience hiring for Technology Services, Product, and GCC roles.

- Strong understanding of niche technology hiring and candidate sourcing.
