Job Description

Pandey DK & Co. is looking for motivated and dedicated CA Article Assistants to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for CA students to gain practical exposure in statutory audits, taxation, GST compliance, accounting, and financial reporting while developing their professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
• Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR).
• Handle TDS calculations, return filing, and reconciliations.
• Maintain books of accounts and perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and audit working papers.
• Conduct ledger scrutiny, expense verification, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist in drafting replies to income tax and GST notices.
• Work on accounting software such as Tally and Microsoft Excel.
• Support the team in other accounting, audit, and taxation assignments.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate should be pursuing CA and eligible for articleship under ICAI regulations.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, taxation, and auditing.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
