Responsibilities:

We are looking for a bright CA / Semi qualified CAs to be part of our team. The role will include performing following tasks as a member of team:

• Internal Audit:
• Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
• Conduct internal audit and undertake tax compliances.
• Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
• Assisting the clients in compliance with tax and fiscal laws such as RERA, TDS, GST, IT
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
• Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
• Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
• Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
• Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
• Business Advisory:
• Analyze the business model and assess its capital structure and finance needs
• Prepare the deal flyers/information memos/projections, etc.
• Appraise and liaison with the investors and lenders for sanction, fundraising and post-sanction/equity placement compliance.
• Assist in subsidy / grant applications and disbursements.
