CA DROP OUT / PAID ASSISTANT

We are looking to hire 2 Paid Assistant / CA Dropout with 2–3 years of practical experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm, preferably with strong exposure to GST compliance, accounting and finalisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and filing support for GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C, including reconciliations.
• Handling and drafting replies to GST notices, departmental queries and related compliance matters.
• Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and related financial statements.
• Finalisation of books of accounts, including ledger scrutiny, reconciliations and year-end adjustments.
• Assistance in GST reconciliations, return review and client coordination.
• Maintaining proper working papers and ensuring timely completion of assignments.

Candidate Profile

• CA Dropout / Semi-qualified CA / Paid Assistant.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a CA firm.
• Good working knowledge of GST, accounting and financial statement preparation.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Should be hard-working, responsible, detail-oriented and willing to take ownership of assignments.
• Ability to work independently and meet statutory deadlines.

Salary

₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month, depending upon experience, practical knowledge and suitability.
