CA ( Experienced)

1. Purpose

To manage the company's financial planning, accounting, compliance, taxation, audits, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy, transparency, and statutory compliance.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Handle internal, statutory, and tax audits.
• Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and financial controls.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
• Ensure timely filing of all financial and statutory returns.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to management.

3. Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, and ROC compliance.
• Financial planning, budgeting, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and financial reporting.
• Audit, taxation, and compliance management.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

4. Preferred Qualification

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified.
