CA Finance Controller

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage financial control processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee commercial finance activities such as sales analysis and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across various functions (finance, operations, HR).
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in finance controllership or related field (CA preferred).
• Strong understanding of business finance principles and practices.
• Proficiency in retail finance, commercial finance, controllership, financial controllership, or similar fields.
