CA Industrial Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for a CA Industrial Trainee to join the Finance team of a leading global technology/semiconductor company. The role offers hands-on exposure to FP&A, General Ledger, Taxation, SAP and Business Intelligence while working closely with Finance and Operations teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Support financial reporting, MIS and variance analysis.
• Assist in General Ledger, reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Support tax-related documentation, reporting and compliance.
• Work on SAP/ERP systems and financial data analysis.
• Assist with business intelligence, dashboards and management reports.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and cross-functional teams.
• Support senior finance stakeholders with financial analysis and business insights.

Candidate Requirements

• CA Intermediate – Both Groups cleared.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, including Articleship exposure.
• Experience with Private Limited/Limited Companies preferred.
• Big 4 experience will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Accounting, FP&A, Taxation and Financial Analysis.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel; SAP/ERP exposure preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work from office in Bengaluru.

• Exam Leave: Up to 90 days, excluding examination days.
• Candidates preparing for their CA Final attempt will be preferred.
