Job Overview

Apexx Gold Mining Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Inter candidate to join our Accounts & Taxation team in Jalandhar, Punjab. The selected candidate will support day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, taxation, audit coordination and compliance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, invoices and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, reconciliations and MIS reports.
• Support taxation-related activities, including GST and TDS documentation and compliance, as assigned.
• Assist with audit preparation, documentation and coordination with auditors.
• Help maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of accounting records and reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of financial information.
• Coordinate with internal departments and senior team members for finance-related activities.
• Perform other accounts, taxation and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Qualification

• CA Inter.

Skills Required

• Basic to good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Understanding of taxation, GST and TDS concepts.
• Good analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and basic computer applications.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
