Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
• Perform financial analysis and provide actionable insights
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes

Taxation & Compliance

• Handle direct and indirect tax matters (Income Tax, GST, TDS)
• Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory compliance
• Coordinate with tax authorities and resolve queries/notices
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations

Audit & Controls

• Manage internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS)
• Strengthen internal controls and risk mitigation processes
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities

Accounts & Operations

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable
• Monitor cash flow and working capital
• Reconcile accounts and verify financial transactions
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

Strategic Support

• Assist management in financial planning and decision-making
• Provide cost control and profitability analysis
• Support business expansion and investment decisions

Required Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification (mandatory)
• 5+ years of relevant experience (can be customized)
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
• Proficiency in Tally accounting software
• Advanced Excel skills
