Your Role

As a Debt Resolution Sales Agent, you will act as a financial consultant. You will be responsible for:

• Consulting with Prospects: Engaging with individuals struggling with debt, diagnosing their financial needs, and presenting our tailored resolution and lending solutions.
• Building Trust: Acting as an empathetic, professional, and knowledgeable advocate for your clients throughout their decision-making process.
• Managing Your Pipeline: Utilizing your own time management strategies to follow up with leads, maintain contact, and ensure a high conversion rate.
• Closing Deals: Effectively communicating the value proposition of our firm to ensure clients sign on to a solution that changes their financial future.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Sales Ability: 2+ Years experience. You have a track record of success in debt resolution.
• Self-Driven Entrepreneurial Spirit: Since this is a 100% commission role, you treat your work like your own business. You don't need a manager to tell you to pick up the phone.
• Exceptional Communication: You have the ability to break down complex financial concepts into clear, actionable advice.
• Resilience & Empathy: You can handle the "no’s" and keep going, all while maintaining a high level of compassion for clients who are often stressed about their financial health.
