Description Hadco Metal Trading Co., LLC distributes and supplies metal products including aluminum, stainless steel, carbon, related alloys, and engineering grade plastics for aerospace, and commercial markets. Our range of precision cutting equipment includes water jets, band saws, various CNC machines, and shears.

Summary As a Saw Machine Operator, you will be responsible for cutting aluminum, stainless steel, engineering grade plastic, and other alloys to meet customer specifications.

Various Available Work Schedules (see Below) Shift 1 : Sunday-Monday from 4:00 am to 3:00 pm; Tuesday from 4:00 am to 3:00 pm, Wednesday from 3:00 pm to 2:00 am

Shift 2 : Wednesday-Saturday from 4:00 am to 3:00 pm

Shift 3: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 3:00 pm to 2:00 am

Role & Responsibilities

• Operate manual and/or CNC machinery to accurately cut aluminum, stainless steel, and other alloys.
• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Ability to work with quality inspection tools including micrometers and calipers and perform basic dimensional tolerances.
• Monitor machine operation for accuracy throughout the cutting processes.
• Continually measure work piece dimensions to assure constant specification accuracy throughout machine operation.
• Prioritize workload to meet customer requirements and company performance goals.

Requirements Minimum Requirements :

• Solid math skills, including measuring with fractions and decimals
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, and stretch
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task
• Familiar with ERP systems
• Minimum 18 years of age

Salary Description

$18.00 plus hourly bonus up to $5.00 per hour
