Role & responsibilities

Audit & Assurance

Conduct statutory/internal audits under the Companies Act and applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / AS).

Assist in planning, execution, and finalisation of audit engagements for clients across industries.

Carry out internal audits evaluate internal controls, identify gaps, and present actionable recommendations.

Draft and review audit reports, management letters, and observations.

Accounts Review & Reporting

Review books of accounts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.

Prepare and analyse MIS reports, financial statements, and variance analyses.

Identify and flag accounting irregularities or discrepancies for timely rectification.

Statutory Compliance

Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and ROC requirements.

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C), TDS returns, and income tax returns.

Liaise with statutory authorities and respond to notices / queries.

CFO Support Services

Support virtual/fractional CFO engagements cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

Advise clients on financial strategy, cost optimisation, and risk management.
