We are seeking a detail-oriented, driven CAAS-OA Associate to join our Client Accounting and Advisory Services team. You will apply fundamental accounting principles, manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and General Ledger functions, and develop deep proficiency in cloud-based accounting platforms like QuickBooks Online.

Your Impact

• Financial Record Maintenance: Manage client financial records from daily transaction entry through to month-end close and financial statement preparation.
• Advisory Collaboration: Analyze monthly results alongside senior accountants and offer actionable insights and input for client improvements.
• Workflow & Multi-Tasking: Balance responsibilities across multiple managers, maintain strong time-management discipline, meet fast-paced deadlines, and support team members when needed.
• Operational Understanding: Build a comprehensive grasp of client operations and business objectives, utilizing best practices for professional client communication.

What You Bring

• Education & Credentials: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting (CPA eligibility or license is preferred).
• The Experience: 0 to 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, demonstrating a steady progression in task complexity and scope.
• Software Mastery: Proficiency in cloud-based accounting systems, particularly QuickBooks Online , alongside strong Microsoft Excel and Word capabilities.
• Core Competencies: Solid foundation in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication.
