Cab and header design engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 The Cab and Header Design Engineer will participate in the general design engineering & design analysis of new and existing agricultural CPL products specific to the Cab and Header designs of AG machinery harvester. Support and lead all new program and current product issues related to Cabs and Header. Support cost reduction and resourcing activities. Support global MRR combine cab design activities and relevant temporary design task. Lead and support design of next generation cab and header.1) Participates/lead in problem solving/brainstorming processes, concept or design reviews, field failure reviews, and manufacturing reviews and utilizes engineering calculations and concepts learned through education and experience to make suggestions and recommendations to design engineering team. 2) Participates/lead in creation of designs, layouts and drawings for specific elements of products being developed and/or improved using ProE as the design tool and Vis Mock up for final and shared component and system reviews. 3) Prepares routine reports for presentation of concepts, designs or to explain failure root causes, Use of Vismock up, PowerPoint, Word and excel should be used 4) Assists in the facilitation of communication between engineering and various functional areas of the company by participating in group and 1:1 meetings as necessary. 5) Following GPD process, deliver engineering deliverable respect program micro plan, support platform team for milestone documentation, responsible for prototype parts procurement and assist with the prototype parts status tracking and assembly, support production parts, components and assembly development and verification process. 6) Travels to manufacturing sites as needed to facilitate communication between engineering and manufacturing, and may make suggestions back to the design team based on knowledge gained through cross-functional interactions at the plants
