What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 Position Purpose As a Cab Durability & Reliability Test Engineer, you will ensure that our next generation of truck cabs—integrated and localized for the Chinese and global markets—can withstand the toughest operational environments. You will plan, execute, and analyze physical tests that push cab structures, interiors, and mounting systems to their limits. Key Responsibilities Test Planning & Execution: Define test specifications for cab components and full-scale vehicle endurance runs based on Scania Standards. Data Acquisition: Install and manage sensors (strain gauges, accelerometers, displacement transducers) to capture load data during track and laboratory testing. Analysis & Reporting: Analyze structural stress, fatigue life, and vibration data. You won't just report "it broke"—you will explain why and suggest design improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Cab Integration design team to validate CAD/FEA models with real-world test results. Rig Testing: Operate and program hydraulic multi-axis shaker tables or specialized test rigs for accelerated life testing. Problem Solving: Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for failures discovered during the development phase or early field trials. Your Profile Technical Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3–5 years in automotive physical testing (Durability/Reliability). Specific experience with heavy-duty trucks or cab structures is a significant plus. Tools: Proficiency in data acquisition software (e.g., Dewesoft, nCode, GlyphWorks, or LMS Test.Lab). Knowledge: Strong understanding of fatigue theory, vibration (NVH), and the "load-to-strength" concept. Soft Skills: Language: Fluency in English and Chinese(written and spoken)
Mindset: A "hands-on" approach. You are comfortable in the workshop and on the test track, not just behind a desk. Quality First: A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for finding the "weak link" in a design.
