Cabinet Assembler – Full Time

We are seeking a beginner assembler no experience required. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking for long-term stability in a modern, growing manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Cabinet Assembly & Fabrication: Build high-quality cabinetry from cut components, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and craftsmanship. with the ability to use the table saw to cut and fabricate custom parts
• Component Preparation: Interpret shop drawings, verify materials, and prepare parts for assembly.
• Hardware & Fitting: Install hinges, drawer systems, and custom hardware for highend orders. accuratly mark out and mount drawer fronts and doors
• Machine Interaction: Work alongside CNC-produced components, including scanning and preparing parts for dowel insertion and final assembly.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
• Maintain Work Area: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe to support efficient production.

Work Schedule:

• Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation:

• Pay Scale: Competitive, performance-based compensation scaled according to skill level, efficiency, and productivity. you can see raises as early as one month should you qualify

Qualifications:

• Previous cabinet-making experience required.
• Strong understanding of cabinet construction, materials, and hardware.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and specifications.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, organized, and professional on the shop floor.
