Cabinet Business Associate

Job Summary
Rocket City Cabinets is seeking an organized and customer-focused Cabinet Business Associate to support daily business operations, customer inquiries, project coordination, and cabinet sales activities. The ideal candidate will assist customers with product information, maintain accurate project records, and coordinate with internal teams to help ensure smooth cabinet projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with cabinet products, services, pricing, and project inquiries
• Support sales activities and help customers identify suitable cabinet solutions
• Prepare estimates, quotes, orders, and related project documentation
• Coordinate with designers, installers, suppliers, and other team members
• Review measurements, product selections, and project specifications for accuracy
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and project records
• Track orders and communicate updates to customers and internal teams
• Assist with resolving product, order, and service concerns
• Support general administrative and business operations as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cabinetry, sales, customer service, construction, or related fields preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good organizational and administrative abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of cabinet products and project processes preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
