Cabinet Installation Supervisor/Quality Inspector

About the role

We are looking for a Cabinet Installation Supervisor to oversee installation of cabinets and millwork on site and make sure every unit is installed correctly, neatly and to our quality standards before turnover.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise installers during delivery, installation and adjustment of cabinets and millwork.

• Check site readiness before installation (walls, floors, levels, utilities, and measurements).

• Inspect delivered units for damage, missing parts and conformance to approved drawings.

• Check installation quality: alignment, levels, gaps, finishes, hardware function and sealant /edging.

• Prepare quality checklists, punchlists and installation reports with photos.

• Coordinate defects, rework and replacement parts with production, design and the project manager.

• Coordinate with site supervisors, clients and other trades to avoid delays and damage.

• Make sure installers follow safety, housekeeping and protection of finished works.

• Confirm completion and support client turnover and acceptance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in cabinet or millwork installation, supervision or quality control.

• Able to read shop drawings and installation drawings.

• Good knowledge of cabinet materials, hardware and installation methods.

• Keen eye for detail and finishing quality.

• Able to lead a small installation team.

• Graduate of a technical / vocational course, Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering is an advantage.

• Willing to be assigned to project sites anywhere in Metro Manila and other parts of the Philippines.

• Candidates must be willing to travel and be assigned out of town as projects require.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
