Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner

Job Overview

TECO Bespoke produces high-quality bespoke joinery for residential and commercial interiors. We’re looking for an experienced, hardworking and reliable Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner to join our workshop team.

You’ll work on a varied range of projects, including kitchens, wardrobes, fitted furniture and architectural joinery.

Your responsibilities

• Read and work accurately from technical drawings.
• Cut, machine and assemble timber, MDF, veneered boards and MFC.
• Manufacture cabinets and bespoke joinery to a high standard.
• Fit hinges, drawer runners and other ironmongery.
• Prepare completed joinery for the spray shop and finishing.
• Check dimensions and quality throughout production.
• Keep your work area tidy and use machinery safely.
• Work with the team to meet production deadlines.

• Previous experience in cabinet making or bench joinery.
• Confidence using woodworking machinery and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A practical approach to solving problems.
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
