Job Overview:

Fellowcraft Woodworks is a maker of high-end, residential cabinetry, dedicated to building value for life. We are in search of an individual that will contribute to our growth and add value to our culture. We are a unique shop made up of a close-knit team that focuses on creating quality work using quality tools. We are looking for the right people; professional, growth-oriented, to create quality custom cabinetry with precision.

Responsibilities:

• Master the art of custom cabinetry alongside our experienced craftsmen.
• Assist in the assembly of custom cabinets using quality tools and machinery.
• Execute precise cuts to ensure exceptional quality.
• Follow detailed specifications and blueprints to accurately build custom cabinets to client requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are in proper working condition.
• Safely move and transport cabinets, ensuring they are securely loaded and unloaded without any damage.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in high-end custom cabinetry
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship in all projects.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to transport cabinets safely without causing any damage.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move cabinets as required.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to take direction from shop lead.

Pay: $21.00 - $32.00 per hour
