Idealy to be successful the applicants should have experience and proven track record in the following;

Cabinet maker position

• Experienced and confident kitchen cabinet and joinery assembly

• Able to read drawings

Edgebander position

• Operation and daily maintenance of Edgebanders
• Operation and daily maintenance of other woodworking machines such as      Flat bed router, point to point overhead router, panel saw, spindle etc3.

Both Positions

• Follow daily schedule
• Able to work unsupervised and part of a team
• Willing to work in all areas of the factory
• Eye for detail
• Trade qualification tafe or equivalant
• WHS Industry induction card
• Follow procedures and be proactive in the continuous improvement process
• Fulltime work with overtime available
