Berkeley Mills is a nationally recognized custom furniture and cabinetry studio known for exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and collaborative work. We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our production team and help bring high-quality custom pieces from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do

• Build high-end custom cabinetry and furniture from shop drawings and specifications
• Work with solid wood, veneers, plywood, and specialty materials
• Operate and maintain woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and accurately
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and fellow craftspeople
• Ensure work meets Berkeley Mills’ standards for precision, durability, and finish quality
• Participate in shop organization, workflow improvement, and quality control

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional cabinet making or fine woodworking experience
• Strong understanding of joinery, casework construction, and shop drawings
• High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with modern shop equipment and best safety practices
• Experience with high-end residential or custom furniture work is a plus

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour
