Job Summary

Bullseye Custom Cabinetry Inc. is hiring a Cabinet Maker - II to support the production of custom cabinets, millwork, and woodworking components. This role performs skilled cabinet-making tasks, operates woodworking equipment, assembles components, and ensures finished products meet established quality and dimensional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and assemble custom cabinets, doors, drawers, and related components
• Read and interpret shop drawings, measurements, and production specifications
• Measure, cut, shape, drill, and join wood and composite materials accurately
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Install hardware, hinges, slides, and other cabinet components
• Inspect finished work for accuracy, fit, finish, and quality
• Sand, prepare, and complete cabinet components as required
• Identify material or production issues and communicate them to supervisors
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and equipment
• Follow production schedules, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous cabinet-making, woodworking, millwork, or furniture production experience required or preferred
• Ability to read measurements, drawings, and production specifications
• Proficiency with woodworking hand tools and shop equipment
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and handle materials
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience producing custom or semi-custom cabinetry
• Familiarity with table saws, routers, drills, sanders, and other woodworking equipment
• Knowledge of cabinet construction and installation hardware
• Strong measuring, layout, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain consistent quality in a production environment
