Cabinet Maker / Joiner

About the role

We're on the hunt for a motivated and hardworking Cabinet Maker / Joiner to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is passionate about joinery, enjoys variety in their day, and thrives in a team environment. Whether you're a qualified tradesman or an entry-level candidate eager to learn, we're open to training the right person with the right attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacturing custom joinery and cabinetry
• Reading and interpreting plans and designs
• Preparing cutting lists
• Operating CNC machinery and workshop equipment
• Assisting with deliveries
• Completing onsite joinery installations
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

About you

• Qualified Joiner/Cabinet Maker OR motivated entry-level applicant willing to learn
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans accurately
• Confidence completing site measures
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Excellent time management and reliability
• Installation experience is advantageous
• Full driver's licence
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player with great communication skills
