Cabinet Maker/ Joiner

About the role

This is a hands-on position working across both the Lonsdale workshop/warehouse and client homes throughout Adelaide. You will work on kitchen renovations, new kitchens and custom joinery projects.

Key responsibilities

• Kitchen and custom cabinetry installation
• Cabinet making and joinery work
• Kitchen facelifts and cabinetry modifications
• Installing doors, panels, kickboards, fillers and hardware
• Cabinet alterations and problem-solving on site
• Working from plans, drawings and measurements
• Preparing cabinetry and materials for upcoming installations
• Working alongside designers, project coordinators and other trades
• Maintaining a clean, organised and professional work environment
• Communicating professionally with clients while working in their homes

About you

• Cabinet making, joinery or kitchen installation experience
• Strong installation and finishing skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence working independently on site
• Ability to read plans and solve problems as they arise
• Good communication skills and a professional manner with clients
• Your own basic tools
• A current driver's licence
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Trade qualifications are highly regarded, however strong practical experience in kitchen cabinetry and installation is equally important
