Cabinet Maker/Installer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating and assembling high-quality cabinets and furniture. This role requires a strong understanding of woodworking techniques and the ability to work with various materials. As a Cabinet Maker, you will play a crucial role in transforming designs into functional and aesthetically pleasing cabinetry.

Responsibilities

Installation of Kitchen Cabinets and Closets

• Fabricate and assemble cabinets according to specifications and design plans.
• Utilize woodworking tools and machinery, including CNC machines, to create precise components.
• Perform installation of cabinets in residential and commercial settings, ensuring proper fit and finish.
• Restore and repair existing cabinetry as needed, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with designers and clients to understand project requirements and provide input on materials and finishes.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with construction painting, tile laying, concrete forming, or maintenance person tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role in woodworking or carpentry.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of various wood types, finishes, and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• A positive attitude towards learning new skills related to cabinet making and installation processes.
