What they need
Overview
We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Cabinet Programmer to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for developing precise CNC programs to produce high-quality cabinetry and booth seating components.
Duties
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for cabinet components using CAD and CAM software, ensuring accurate machining processes.
- Interpret shop drawings, applying GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards to ensure precision.
- Set up CNC machining tools
- Program CNC equipment (Anderson), ensuring seamless integration with CAD designs and manufacturing specifications.
- Conduct precision measurements using bore gauges, calipers, micrometers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and other measurement instruments to verify part accuracy.
- Troubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, geometry, or programming errors; implement corrective actions promptly.
Pay: $26.50 - $31.92 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
