Duties

• Install, repair, and service custom cabinets, ensuring precise fit and finish according to project specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute accurate installations
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for cutting, assembling, and finishing cabinetry
• Perform drywall repairs, painting touch-ups, and minor masonry or rebar work as needed during installation projects
• Conduct site assessments to determine proper placement of cabinets, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Assist with other construction tasks such as flooring installation, tile laying, siding, or roofing when required
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials, adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or general construction with a focus on cabinetry or fixture installation
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery (if applicable), and construction estimating software
• Familiarity with drywall installation, painting techniques, flooring installation, tile laying, siding work, roofing basics, plumbing or electrical experience is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle rebar installation or concrete forming tasks when necessary
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in measuring and fitting cabinetry accurately
• Valid construction experience with a commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship
